The home team must provide at least TWO match footballs fit for play and the referee shall make a report to the Competition if the footballs are unsuitable. The size of football to be used:

• Size 4 for those playing Under 11,12,13 & 14 age groups
• Size 5 for all other age groups.

Plans are unveiled for RESPECT, a cross-game programme dedicated to improving standards of behaviour at all levels of football

Under 17s to use any 3 from 5 named substitutes to comply with Laws of Association Football Law 3. A case for repeated substitutes at under 18 has been made to FIFA but has not been agreed yet.

• Times: 9.30am – 5.30pm
• Venue: Northumberland FA HQ

Course Pre requisites:

Candidates must hold the following as a minimum

• Level 1 (or Level 2, Level 3)
• Age Appropriate Introductory Course Certificate
• Valid Emergency Aid Certificate
• Valid Safeguarding Children Certificate (Children Protection Workshop)
