THE FINAL KEY DRAW WILL BE DRAWN ON SUNDAY 18th MAY 2008. Followng this draw the Key Draw will be reviewed as we take an End of Season Break.

All tickets are £1.00 each, see the team manager or parent representative for tickets. All tickets and money to be handed in by 12noon Sunday. Teams will receive 40% of the amount from tickets they sell. CHECK THE KEY DRAW RESULTS

IMPORTANT UPDATE - April 29th 2008

Due to the season coming to a close, ticket sales have dropped and as a committee we needed to look at this urgently and the following decision has been made with regards to the remainder of this season Weekly Key Draw.

Prize money, ie First, Second & Third prizes will remain at the same levels however we are unable to sustain paying £250 per week into the box. Therefore, after the club pay out the 3 prizes amounts and takes their 10%, the remainder of the ticket sales will go into the box each week. Don't forget - The more tickets we sell, The more money goes into the box!

RULES FOR THE NEWCASTLE EAST END JUNIORS FC KEY DRAW

  1. Key draw takes place every SUNDAY AT 1.00pm at the Stotts Road Club House.
  2. You do not have to present to win.
  3. If you have the winning ticket and are NOT present, an individual who is not a committee member will select the key to open the box on your behalf.
  4. You can claim your prize in person or through your ticket representative from Jayne up until 12.00pm the following Sunday.
  5. If a ticket is unclaimed due to the ticket not being sold, we will then have an extra prize the following week. The same applies if the ticket is SOLD but unclaimed.
  6. It is up to the ticket representative to let Jayne know by 12.00pm how many tickets have been sold and the number of tickets for return. Failure to do so will man ALL your ticket numbers will be entered into the draw and you will be liable to pay the 60% to the club.
  7. If after 13 weeks the box still has not been opened we will be down to the LAST TWO KEYS.
  8. The winning ticket on WEEK 14 will have the option to PICK A KEY or TAKE 50% OF THE MONEY IN THE BOX.
  9. If they take the 50%, the remaining 50% will then remain in the box for WEEK 1 of the next draw.
  10. If you decide to PICK A KEY and loose, the winning ticket on WEEK 15 will automatically win the FULL CONTENTS of the box.
  11. The winning numbers will be posted on line by 6pm on a Sunday night.
  12. Prize money will be awarded as follows:
    • First Prize is £200.00 with the key chance to open the box.
    • Second Prize is £30.00
    • Third Prize is £20.00
